Uhhhh,,,, It seems like the reviews are either one star, or 5 stars. My my my. Someone is planting some naughty stars. Dear Mr. Owner of Italian Restaurant, are you being a naughty boy? I wonder whether anyone will be fooled by this? Or is someone planting naughty evil reviews? Which is it? This is so intriguing.

It was 6 pm and we were looking for a cozy place to enjoy a nice meal. My wife and I are always have similar expectations when choosing a restaurant. The food, the food, and…the food. Service at most notable Italian restaurants is excellent and the atmosphere is always congenial and friendly. The Family Restaurant is no exception. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable; the ambiance elegant but casual, and the food was exceptional. The Family Restaurant was truly a great find. There was no limit to our options when ordering, as the menu reflects a real assortment of Italian delights, including a veal chop that is outstanding. The starter menu is typical Italian fare, with stuffed mushrooms, fried calamari and baked clams. While the pasta selection was great in number, we decided to skip it and move onto the main course entrees. I’m a veal lover, and there were a great many difficult selections to choose from while dining here. I went with the Veal Chop Voldostana and was thrilled at its size. Wine is a staple at any dinner, and the Family Restaurant has a great selection, under priced if anything. We have become South American wine lovers; something of a sacrilege when dining on an Italian menu I’m sure. I was surprised and ecstatic to find a great Malbec for twenty dollars. In an age when markups are so blatant at fine restaurants, it’s nice to see that great options can be found. The Family Restaurant is a great pick for an evening out, and bring the kids, we certainly noticed that other couples did. But if you fancy a night out alone, take up my recommendation to head here first. The layout of the dining area assures that you will not be overcome by other people’s conversations or noisy families. If you valuable an easy, comfortable and pleasant dining experience, you really will enjoy the Family Restaurant. From the valet service, to the knowledgeable staff, to the food, the food and... the food!
