Not worth it. Poor management. I admit it has a nice setup and is a very cool place to hang out at. However, the prices are just ridiculos! 7-12 dollars for a drink? No thank you. Also the place seems too clicky, felt like a HS dance with the regulars in one part and everyone else at another. Don't recommend

Ambiance- great food!. I would be the worse critic when it comes to food bc I simply LOVE everything! But the ambiance is very appealing. The crowd varies from mainly European, etc. The cappucinos are great. The desserts are wonderful. Get the Chocolate Marquis. Great place to simply relax, have a drink and check out some European men.

Grand Cafe-WOW!. I just moved to astoria and I finally have a reason to invite friends over to my neighborhood. Straight out of Miami. Grand Cafe is wonderful. The decor, food, and service was so great. Brunch, lunch, dinner or drinks. Amazing desserts!!!!!!

Recommend highly to all my friends- So many hot guys and girls!!!!!!!!!

AVOID. AVOID

service awful and hostess is nuts

Spoke to manager about problem he said and did nothing

Except that the hostess came back screaming in her own language Russian while she looked at us and talked to friends at other table

ODD behavior

food was not really woth the price

coffee was fine

but wont be going back EVER AGAIN

Seems like it was sold

Nice Relaxed atmosphere. This is a nice place to go especially in warm weather when the doors are open and you can eat outside. The food is good although some things are a little pricey. The service is better than most of the other cafes you'll find in the area and the staff is very friendly.

The taste is worth it all.. This cafe has a VERY relaxed feel. The service is average and at the end of the meal, we always find ourselves looking around the cafe for our waiter to ask for the check. (They don't just bring it; they don't care if you sit and chill there all day.) Yes, the prices are high. But I still love Grand Cafe because the food is so superb that the other stuff falls in its shadow. Amazing brunch. Great milkshakes, too.

Hang for a price. Great atmosphere. Wonderful brunch. But other menu items are pricey.

Drinks are way over priced. No way should a vodka tonic cost $9.

If you're willing to pay the price come and enjoy yourself.

very HIP and fun but.... Grand Cafe is a very nice place...nice atmosphere...BUT it is very expensive...a salad w/chicken will cost you about $16! I think that's pricey for a SALAD! Other than that...hot waiters and a cool/hip cafe! :-)

Must See. Grand Cafe has an amazing ambiance. By day it is very cafe-like, where people eat paninis, salads, or wraps, while others sip on coffees or wine. The burger is amazing! At night, it becomes more of a lounge, where the lights dim as cool chill music plays in the background. Their brunch is great and prices are very good. Service is average, but very friendly.
