Teeth Whitening is really Effective!. I have gone to Portofino for years. They started whitening teeth only a few months ago, and its something I have added to my beauty regimen. I love this place and all they offer. A long time ago, they told me, "Hey! If you like us so much, tell your friends!" Well, I HAVE told my friends, and now I'm tellin tha world! Citysearch readers : hear me rave! Portofino is a great tanning center that now offers so much more than just tanning!

always loved my tans, now raving bouth teeth whitening. OK-so I've been going to portofino for tanning for years, but I just tried the teeth whitener machine and it is amazing. I was in there for an hour and seriously walked out with tan skin and WHITE teeth. I felt like a rock star. They are always so chill and cool and now I have another reason to send my gfs to Portofino. Thank you!!

Airbrush and Spray Booth GOOD. This place is cool because they've caught on to the whole Sunless Tanning Trend. Here, you get a choice between Airbrush tanning (where someone actually hand applies the tan) and a Misting Booth (where you do it yourself). I was a little shy because I'm still trying to loose post-baby weight, so I opted for the booth. It was easy. I look good and no one has suspected that I fake tanned. Nice place with a good aura.

Mystic booth is good. I would recommend Portofino for their spray tanning. It is clean, private, quick, and I am always happy with my tan. I bought a package of 10 sprays for under $100. I thought because it was so cheap it wouldn't be high quality. Not true. I just come during their off hours and get my spray tanning done. two thumbs up for their spray tanning booth.

Awesome Teeth Whitening - Who Knew??. This place like, does it ALL! For reals! I got my TEETH whitened!!!! It was nuts. I went in their with dark teeth and white skin and LEFT with DARK SKIN and WHITE TEETH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally nuts! I did the entire thing for under $200 - and it was a complete transformation (not that I needed a comPLETE transformation - he he!!!) I love this place and just, never know what they're gonna offer next! They make being good looking easy :)

YAH PORTOFINO. My friend works at this salon so I thought I'd give it a good review for the fact that it REALLY IS a nice place! I tan here a few times a month to keep my color. And I've asked my friend about what its really like, behind the scenes. This place is run really well, and they really do keep the machines running at full blast. Its a good place, with good service :)

U-V Free spray tans. So I normally get the uv-free tans at the UES store, but I was in the area and tried it out at this one in Murray Hill. I loved them both so I thought I would give a shot out to each one. I cannot handle this weather and I am sick of looking like a ghost waiting for the sunshine. I went to Porto fino and they rocked my socks off... or at least brought me back to life for a week. I had never done this before so i was the annoying girl with a million questions, but the spray tan girl was patient and sweet and talked me through everything. If this gross weather keeps up I might start the tanning beds, but for now, the UV free is amazing. The free candy is a nice touch too.

Good TAN. No problems tanning here! Its a great place to get a good tan with nice beds and clean floors and a helpful staff. I really really like this place - it has become a part of my weekly routine. Portofino for President! heheh Just kidding. But I do go there to tan!

AWESOME TAN. This place is much more discreet than the other New York tanning salons still in business. I appreciated this. I came after work because I'm going away on vacation. I was in a sport coat still! I didn't really want everyone I work with to know that I was going tanning - they would make fun of me. I went to Portofino and got a great tan without feeling cheesy and vain. They gave me a nice deal on a series of tans and I feel confident that I will vacation without burning. Thank you Portofino!
