TUTS is a great place to hang out. Very nice crowd with great music, drinks and atmosphere. Food is surprisingly good as well. Very pretty crowd and staff. Bunch of different options for mojitos, martinis and other drinks. Definitely try the key lime martini and go for a hookah (we tried different types as we had a few people in our group). The place fills quickly so get there early. Definitely a good spot for a great Saturday night.

AVOID it like the plague 01/15/2008 Posted by baseline1 Went there for New Years Eve this year... BIG MISTAKE. After purchasing tickets in advance and waiting on line to enter, we were pretty ticked off to see non-ticket holders purchase tix for less at the door and walk right in. The fact I was frisked and searched upon entry also should have tipped me off to the evening I was about to have. If you are from Jersey and have spiked hair, you will fit right in. The place was so oversold you could barely move. Do to a scuffle on the barely moving staircase, my girlfriend and I were literally picked up and thrown out of the bar. We watched as they threw another girl out after us. The meat head bouncers actually threw the girl into the wooden barricades on teh sidewalk. It was a cheesy, low-class crowd, and the bouncers were nothing more than thugs. The only reason the club is still around is because of the steady flow of tourists and the B&T crowd. It's one of the worst places I've ever been. You'll have more fun at the dentist. Pros: absolutely nothing Cons: Aggressive bouncers, no crowd control, lame crowd, trashy
