Blackstones has officially been named one the TOP 10 best places in all of North America to play "Bar Pool". This distinction was awarded to Blackstones in 2008 by www.Bar-Pool. com -- the only website dedicated to identifying where to play pool in bars, tavern and pubs (not pool halls). This award was given based on several criteria: 1) two or more pool tables which are coin-operated (so you can challenge), 2) a fair numbers of players on any given night, 3) the skill level of the players, and 4) a willingness by the players to take on challengers -- to mix it up. This is my first time writing a review. So please bear with me. I found this place on this website and I went on a date there. Not only was the place great their music was good and the people were friendly. The bar tender remembered our names and was very polite. She was great, she kept our drinks coming and always asked if we needed anything. I'm going back, this time I might try the pool tables.
Pros: Drinks were good so was the service. Good music and loved all the tv's with sports on.
Cons: Didn't try the food but it looked good.
