Billy's is mainly good for one reason: that it's one of tthe few quality restaurants in the Washington Heights area that's not traditional "fast food". The food itself is good, stick-to-your ribs fare, and I certainly enjoyed it, but I found the prices a little bit too high, especially in comparison with neighborhood store prices, and the service a bit slow. Pros: clean restaurant, friendly staff, good comfort food, chicken comes in large portions. Cons: Overpriced, a little slow.

I just pass by and saw this little restaurant...just been for the first time the spanish girl told me try the min's , like the introduction for the bigger burgers..and she was right.. the mini's were deliciuos...and the service was incredibles....the service made me feel great ...and to top it all the the ribs was deliciuos.... I will come to this place..
