don't go! had a reservation, no table was available. waiter tried to memorize a 10-item order with drinks instead of writing it down, 3 plates did not come. drinks sat empty with no offer of refills. some guy with dirty hands grabbed my waterglass and left something on my glass that looked like mayo... another guy came from behind the bar (manager?) to stare at our dish and asked "what is that"? when it finally came, the steak frites roll was very nice as was the king crab coquette. if they could just up their service, clean the premises, put better music on than just the entire John Mayer CD, ,put a restaurant shirt on the guy who comes around to fill water, and other things along these lines, they might become known as more than a local stopoff for CU students.

This place has the worst service I have ever experienced. The only things prompt about this meal was our bill. First, we had to wait on a seat, even though we had reservations. We were given a table cramped for 5 people. Although this is a tapas bar, non of these small plates arrived in good time. We waited 30 minutes before anything came. Also, the waiters didn't even take drink orders. When they brought food out, they would forget to give spoons with soup, wasabi and soy sauce with sushi, napkins with anything etc. Horrendous service and the waiters had a non-chalant attitude. Unless you have 3 hours to dedicate for dinner, do not come here. The food does not even come close to making up for the subpar service.

Pros: Decent Ambience, Food

Cons: Everything Else, Service
