Overpriced, very poor customer service!. I wanted to love this company and its service but I was disappointed on all fronts. No on called back to check on my satisfaction with first service. Promises of returned calls went unfulfilled. When I inquired why I did not recieve a call back as promised on a particular morning, the receptionist replied that it was because they hadn't had time to return calls (it was almost 4PM, surely someone in the office could have called me back). I think they are stretched too thin. And, it sounds like they desparately need scheduling software of some sort.

Not worth the premium. The first time they came it was perfect and as advertised. Quality work and done on time. The second time we used the service it was the exact opposite. The floor were never properly cleaned and the cleaner took almost twice as long (We were not charged extra for the time, but it was annoying). Net/net they charge about 20% more for inconsistant service. We'll just provide our own natural cleaners and scented candle to our regular cleaner next time and save the $.

Only Zen Home for me!. Like a makeover for my home! I never thought that a "cleaning" could put me into a totally Zen state of mind. They don't use harsh chemicals and your house smells delicious when they are done.
