AT 328 WEST 14TH ST. AS OF OCT 1ST 2011. On the edge of the Meatpacking district, this market is full of clothes and fashion accessories that are fun to browse and buy. Once on Mulberry Street, but now on 14th St., this new market has a great selection of clothes, jewelry, scarves, soaps, gifts of all kinds. The artists love to talk about what they've put together, so it's a nice atmosphere. Prices are reasonable, and the quality is very good. Planning on doing my holiday shopping here. Fun for me, good gifts for them! Look for the red tent outside that stops New Yorkers on the way to the High Lline and the Apple store.

Don't forget 490 Hudson!. The Market NYC also has a location at 490 Hudson (between Christopher and Grove) which is open from 12-7 on Saturdays.

Like it's Mulberry Street counterpart, it's a great place to rummage around through stuff from young designers and importers...and there's no entrance fee!

Editorial Review. Open every Saturday and Sunday between 11am and 7pm for edgy fashions and accessories from a variety of local, up-and-coming designers.
