AWFUL. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN.. GROSS AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never eat at this place EVER again. The spring rolls were soggy and the chicken in the singapore mei fun was undercooked. Then on top of all of that, they got my order wrong and then would not give me the correct order, would not give me a refund and told me that I was the one that was wrong! I didn't even touch the plate, there was no reason for them not to take it back and give me the correct order. Horrible customer service. Awful people. WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN.

Execellent casual Chinese Dining. Ginger's is great! Casual dining. Nice look. Great place for after work and casual dates. The place starts to fill up towards the weekend. The drinks at Happy Hour are only $3.50. The food is really good also. I think that the Chicken Fried Rice is the best I've tasted. Service is quick. Atmosphere is casual. I'd definitely recommend Ginger's.

Pretty Bad. I have no idea why this place gets a 4.5 stars. I had a standard chinese dish, General Tso's chicken and it was awful. You couldn't pay me to go back there. My only consolation is that it was cheap. Oh well, I guess you get what you pay for. Yick.

GREAT CHINESE FOOD FOR THE PRICE... BUT NOT FINE DINNING. I'll say that Gingers is one of the best chineese spots i've found in midtown. The food is good. Above average of regular chinese food restaurants.. they give it a more fancy touch..The place looks classy and nice quite music. I recommend Gingers for a casual date or just if you find yourself in Time Square..If you're looking for fine dinning this is not the place

Chinese Lunch - Midtown West. This is the place to go for lunch when your in the mood for Chinese. You get the lunch special with rice, two spring rolls, and salad with dressing. For the cost, its a bargin. The food is good in or out!

Great Chinito's this side of the garment district.... Great Chinito's!!! Great Happy Hour!!! Great food period. I order the cantonese soup alot which is very good. Their food is always fresh and served hot. Never had a problem always ordering from here. Check it out.

Mediocre food, good environment. The food is just average. I must say the Szechuan food here is not very authentic. They are modified, with sesame sauce instead of chili sauce (not spicy any more, can't call it Szechuan style). But if you stick to the lunch-time special and order from the lunch special menu only, it's a deal in this busy area during the day. I wouldn't come for a fine dinner though, because there isn't enough fine food to attract me to this area which usually is abandoned at night though not far from Time Square.

The best Chinese I've had in midtown. I've been to Ginger's several times for both lunch and dinner. The lunch crowd is unbelievable! It shows in the food though - always fresh, served hot, and tasty. Be prepared to wait, but it's well worth it. The shrimp dumplings are the best!
