The shop is chock full of imported tea from China and Taiwan along with goods related to the ancient pastime.. In Short
Owners Ellen and Mark Lii are serious about tea with more than 500 locations worldwide, and six in the city. Canisters of loose-leaf tea (sold by the pound) and prepackaged goods line the shop's shelves. A "teatender" stands behind the bar to shake the more than 20 different flavors of bubble tea, from the plain-Jane black tea to sweet fruit drinks, such as green apple and lychee. Thick straws aid in slurping up the tea's chewy tapioca balls.
