We have used Petato twice now and have been completely satisfied with the job. Normally our cats would turn their backs on us when we return as if to tell us they felt abandoned. With Petato, that doesn't happen. Clearly the cats have been well cared for during our absence. And they have enjoyed the caregivers.
Pros: complete attention to the pets in their care, reasonably priced, friendly

We have a diabetic cat who receives a daily insulin shot, and it has been a great relief to have found Steve. He has had no trouble administering the shot, and brushes the cats when he comes by. From the notes that he leaves us, I can tell he spent enough time to know all 3 cats and their distinct personalities! After having had one really bad experience at a pet - boarding place, we are very pleased to have this option.
