A NYPD officer recommended we go to here after being very dissatisfied with another club in the area. That night it was over crowded on the roof top but can’t beat the view. There was a very nice mixture of patrons. We enjoyed our time and have recommended it to many.

it is difficult to understand why a lot of these nyc clubs and lounges have such unfriendly doormen. First of all, they probably don't even make much...and are the biggest tools in the world. I had no problem with the doorman but he definitely thought he yielded powers of a god...probably the same feeling cops get when they abuse their power to make up for their lack in pay and the just the lack of respect they are getting now because of the bad decisions made by their peers in the past couple of years. Dont get me wrong, there are exceptional cops...but I digress ...this place has good food, some good staff, great setting ...but getting in is probably like rolling dice, especially for minorities. Why don't they just state that in the doorway before you enter.."Your chances of getting in depends on the door man..proper attire really doesn't matter as long as you are clean. Being white will help you. Life is unfair deal with it. "

We read about the rooftop brunch on line and decided to check it out for our self's. We arrived around noon time and were greeted by a very friendly host. (think his name was robby). We proceeded to take the elevators to the top floor and were blown away by the amazing view of the skyline. We requested a seat for 5. we were sat promptly. Very impressed by the palm trees. we immediately ordered our first round of "wild Strawberry mimosas" they were fantastic. (except for the fact that they were is high end plastic flutes. But guess makes sense since we were on a rooftop, and well worth it) The menu design is nice something for "Skinny People" we laughed lol We ordered the Skillet eggs it was great. Liquored up French toast was Delicious (mooched off from my party:). and we had the burger looked great. Food came out in a timely fashion. Crowd was laidback the DJ spinned house, pop disco. Waiter was really friendly. (too bad he wasn't single) Def recommend the rooftop for brunch!
