In Short – Cool points are awarded to this Hell's Kitchen nightspot for having an ice track to keep its vodka shots chilled. Such good care is taken because the 15 infused vodkas are all homemade, from plum to apple-cinnamon to garlic to tarragon. Neighborhood businessmen sip them standing cheek-to-cheek beneath the glossy arched ceiling downstairs (there's only one couch), but can stretch out in the second floor's airier dining area.

Save Money:: Swing by everyday until 8pm for half-priced drinks (excluding only top-shelf liquors).
On the Menu:: It's mostly finger foods on offer, such as crusted goat cheese with tomato marmalade and Provencal escargot ravioli, and they're available on either level.

Nice Place to Stop In

I heard about Vlada and decided to stop in for a drink ofter a meeting in town. The place wasn't crowded, yet, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The bartender was not only very nice, but served a very generous pour. I didn't try the bar menu, but it looked good and reasonably priced. I'll definitely be back for more.

This bar has all the necessities, I liked the dance floor. The crowd is not the typical Chelsea boy. Very easy going crowd.

Vlada Lounge

When in Hells Kitchen you must stop by at Vlada. I highly recommend it for its ambiance and service. Attractive and attentive bartenders and server. (Very cute also) There is always something happening at Vlada. Drag performances, Contests and the hottest DJ's in the city. If you are 21 or 70, it does not matter you will feel welcome ALL the time. Then there is the famous happy hour every day, you should not miss it. 1/2 price drinks!!! Go there and have fun (alot)

i went there by accident and although it is a gay bar I was welcomed with open arms. The staf and clientele are fabulous. The drinks: out of this world!Great music and drinks. I am going back next weekend and maybe ill even check out Wednesdays project runway there I heard it is a blast.

Some friends and I came into New York this past week for my birthday and stumbled upon Vlada after a Monday night out in Hell's Kitchen. After we left at 4am, we decided to return on Tuesday and Wednesday night as well, each night as good as the one before it! The bartenders were beyond personable (not to mention nice to look at), the drinks cheap and well-made, and the music beyond good. Next time I come to New York, I will definitely be stopping by again.
