Great With macs. If you've ever thought about bringing your machine to a mac store DON'T. These guys will fix any apple computer for a fraction of the price. Just giving you guys a shout-out.

Busted Laptop. BROOKLYN NATIVE, I found these guys on Citysearch. My computer's harddrive died, and I never backed anything up. I wanted to see if I could get the data out. They told me that there was damage to the harddrive and it would take a couple of days to see if they could get it out. THE GREAT THING ABOUT THEM WAS THOUGH, they said they wouldn't charge me a dime if they couldn't get it out. They put a full 4 days into it and then I got a call saying they got it out and that I should come into the office to verify. LIFESAVERS AND MIRACLE WORKERS. THanks

Same Day Service with a smile. I bought my laptop last year, and my screen went blank. Nothing came up. The computer was running and I could plug my computer into a monitor and it would work, but the screen was just DEAD. I called Best Buy and found out the warranty JUST EXPIRED. I let the guys at "geek squad" diagnose my laptop and they said I had to replace the WHOLE LCD and quoted me for 600 dollars because I had a "GLOSSY SCREEN." I was like, WTF??? I ONLY PAID 760 for it!!! I brought the laptop to these guys and they opened up my laptop, and RECONNECTED MY SCREEN FREE OF CHARGE. APPARENTLY THE CABLE CONNECTING THE SCREEN TO THE COMPUTER WAS LOOSE!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING FREE!!!! FREE!!!!!!! seriously, thanks a lot guys. I wouldn't normally waste my time writing stuff for a company, but the fact that you didn't charge me anything just MADE MY DAY TY

Excellent Customer Service - Quick Turn Around Time.. I'm kind of whiz with computers, I know enough to get around and probably do my own repairs if I had the tools or the time. I own an Dell B130 series, and it's an old laptop but it still operates newer windows OS. Anyways I got some viruses and I needed to get rid of them ASAP because I couldn't browse or make any searches on Yahoo and Google - typical virus or ad ware. I went to three different shops and they all tried to rip me off. Then I went to Came here, and they said they'd have it done in 24 hours. They didn't do it for free, but they had a standard list of prices and they ported my data flawlessly before wiping out my hard-drive and reinstalling windows. TY much appreciation.

Thanks for troubleshooting my laptop and fixing it.. Thanks for troubleshooting my laptop and fixing it. I had no clue the brick was overheating because I placed it on the ground under the table. I'll take your advice and take five minutes breaks so it will put less stress on the laptop.
