i called them on a sunday afternoon to fix a jammed lock to the front door of my apt and they were able to come in about 20-30 mins. the technician was extremely friendly, not only replacing the lock but making sure it opened smoothly for us (which actually took a lot of time since we live in an old prewar apt). he also gave us an extra 2 sets of keys for free. service charge came out to $35 and the new lock was $250 (a mortise lock). i'm not sure if this was considered pricy or not, but we've been charged more b4 from a different company who didn't even replace the entire lock and only installed some cheap internal replacement (resulting in it being jammed 2 years later). eitherway, the technician was very professional. he worked fast, knew what he was doing, and he left us with a perfectly working lock with no more headaches in the future.
Pros: quality work, experienced technician
Cons: maybe a bit pricey

My apartment's lock was nearly impossible to use until I called this company. ( I literally had blisters on my hands from trying to lock and unlock the thing.) They arrived within 15 minutes and fixed everything within 20. Fairly reasonable price (about $85 for service call, door and lock repair) and very professional service. They even remembered to include the 10% discount by reaching them through CitySearch.
Pros: Fast, friendly
