Spotless Carper & Upholstery Cleaning is fantastic. I have a very fussy cat who liked to use my roommate's sofa as a bathroom in protest. Spotless gave me a great quote which included a deep clean, disinfection, and application of a Scotchgard coating to the couch.

When they saw that the rug was dirty, they offered to throw that in too, and told me to bring the rug from my bedroom out to be cleaned as well!

Spotless was also very sensitive to my hectic schedule, and worked with me to find a time when I would be home for them to come do the work. They made sure to follow up the day before the appointment, and again the morning of and showed up promptly to preform the work.

When all was said and done, the couch looked brand new and I had two clean, wonderfully smelling rugs! The next time I something cleaned, I will be calling these guys back!

I used them again for my 4 antique chairs clenaing. The chairs were bought in Upper East Side Antique Store and were very expensive. But Spotless did excelent job again. and they arrived on time again too. Very good job. Thank you guys. I will use your company again.

First, I would like to note, *I created an account just to write this review!* Spotless NYC did a phenomenal job on the carpets in my bedroom and living room area plus my microfiber couch. BOTH carpets were full of dirt and plenty of food and pet stains. My microfiber couch (6 years old, never been cleaned). The technicians arrived at my apartment about 15 minutes prior to the 2 hour window that I had been given, very polite, made sure he and his apprentice covered their shoes while working. Was told exactly what was to be done, and how, absolute professional. The price was more than reasonable than other quotes I received. Both carpets and my couch look spankin' brand new. Exceptional service! Don't hesitate to give them a call!

My living room carpet/rug was in bad shape. I have to little dogs and well you know how that story goes.

Joseph and Ben were awesome. They contacted me the day before to confirm cleaning. They also followed up 15min before scheduled arrival. We even facetimed (on accident, but it was fun). They were on time!!!

Joseph came in and have me a fair and honestly great quote. After that Benji got right to work. He was quick, careful and thorough. My carpet looks fantastic and smells great.

I would recommend them to anyone for routine cleaning or deep clean.

I will definitely be calling again.

Best New York Carpet cleaning business.. We had some really bad stains on our carpet that were getting to be an eye sore. We have tried alot of different stain removers with no success. New York Carpet cleaning were highly rated so we gave them a call. They showed up and had our carpet looking like new some how, we are still in shock, that the carpet looks so good. Thanks guys.

Helpful. before getting my area rug cleaned with them, they were they only company that answered all my questions and came for a free estimate in my home. I thank them for my clean rug and outstanding service!

Excellent, professional, prompt service!. Not only did this company do a stellar job cleaning the carpets and blinds in my office, but they were prompt and responsive to telephone calls. They provide excellent service!

Got rid of the wine stains. I had a great weekend with some girlfriends, we had a few laughs which lead to a few spillages of the wine on my rug. I called out the people from NY Carpet, they were inexpensive and showed up when they said they would. Thank you! --Kerri
