Excellent, professional, prompt service!

Not only did this company do a stellar job cleaning the carpets and blinds in my office, but they were prompt and responsive to telephone calls. They provide excellent service!

Got rid of the wine stains

I had a great weekend with some girlfriends, we had a few laughs which lead to a few spillages of the wine on my rug. I called out the people from NY Carpet, they were inexpensive and showed up when they said they would. Thank you! --Kerri

After a visit to your home, we noticed the many pet stains and pet fur. These facts were not mentioned to our customer service representative when you phoned us for service. This information would have surely altered the price that was quoted to you over the telephone.
