I had a great weekend with some girlfriends, we had a few laughs which lead to a few spillages of the wine on my rug. I called out the people from NY Carpet, they were inexpensive and showed up when they said they would. Thank you! --Kerri

Hi ShannonNYC, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry about your negative experience. Unfortunately, it was impossible to predict the exact price over the telephone, as we had never seen your carpet and the state it was in. After a visit to your home, we noticed the many pet stains and pet fur. These facts were not mentioned to our customer service representative when you phoned us for service. This information would have surely altered the price that was quoted to you over the telephone.
