I was looking for a couselor in the NYC area while looking I discovered this person. While researching I found there are hundreds of them pumped out of some school that sounds more like an assembly line rather than a serious health couseling school. I haven't used this person myself so I can't really give a full report but it just doesnt feel right to me. Look up the school and do your research prior to just taking what you read hear as gospel. integrativenutrition. com Every student has the exact same process and exact same website.

Amanda helped me to see that simple lifestyle changes make a huge difference in my health---as well as the way I feel about myself. She helped me to balance both my career and my personal life. She also taught me how to cook....especially considering I am always on the go! Her personal touch on this program helps in ways that words can't describe. She has vast knowledge of health/nutrition, and it really shines through when she customizes a program for you. I never would have though that this would work for me---but it's definitely making a huge impact in my life!
