Lucky's forgot some of my order AND NEVER RETURNED WITH THE REST AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS. And...I PAID FOR THE FOOD I NEVER GOT.

I have been going to Lucky's about once a week for almost three years so I figured it was time to write a review. I have always had a good burger there. The thing I like about them is that I have never been served with a tomato end (stem side) on them or the part of the onion that is impossible to chew or a pickled stem of a cucumber. Doesn't seem major but think about how many burgers or sandwiches you have had in this city where you have to reach into your mouth and pick offending bits out. That experience will always ruin a burger and this has just never happend to me at Lucky's. Fries can be always hard to make especially if one is new to using the fryer. I do not remember fries being soggy ever though as often as I eat there it probably happend at some point. Their staff is always friendly. The training for customer service must be good there or they just interview well..I don't know. But it is always nice to go there for this reason and the burgers. Even when there are brand new staff they are always very nice people. The managment of Lucky's could give other places in NYC some lessons in getting good staff.

Great little neighborhood burger joint. Friendly staff, good cheese fries and pretty cheap too. They have Boylan sodas which are awesome, maybe not the best burgers on earth as they claim, but pretty tasty anyway.Good place to get a bite after a night out in HK.
