they must have a lot of things to hide. i am a photographer documenting the lower east side, i know this isn't food related, but when somebody slams the door in your face, that says a lot. i was there yesterday to photograph the front of the building exterior, because there was a new optical store that opened next door, and i wanted both stores together in the same photo. i was across the street for a total of 1 minute to take the photo, and apparently somebody slammed the door shut trying to send some kind of passive aggressive message. it was a rather tame message. personally, I couldn't care less what happens inside, but don't try and group me as some nosy photographer looking for some dirt because that is not what I am, or what my project entails. anyway, this place supposedly serves asian-fusion shabu shabu. the place is always empty every time i pass by, i don't know why, i'm gonna guess it must be the bad service, or passive aggressive people inside. sorry. don't go. btw, i write food reviews professionally on occasion, and you can count on me not to write one about this place.
Pros: passive aggressive
Cons: things to hide.

My wife and I have tried this place several times, and love it more and more.It is a small place that is packed with great taste. Don't let the size fool you.the drinks are good too.The food that we chose each time has been fantastic. Definite things to try are the Lamb chops,Tofu steak and the Diver scallops. Try the Steak salad. The Short Rib noodles was great. So tender and moist. The Spicy soup was good too.We had the Banana dessert which was awesome too. They have these soup pots that can be cooked at your table, thats right at your table! They have different seasons and flavors to try. You can add meats or fishes to them.It is a great date place as my wife and I still love to go out on dates and this place keeps you close to enjoy your food and your company. A place that should be seen.A treasure. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is plenty more things on the menu that we are looking to try and can't wait to go back. The soups on, now go and have some.
Pros: taste, quality,music, service,
Cons: Parking is ok.Its typical NY. Haven't had a problem
