Please do not be fooled by the name Egg Custard KING. I went there for about 3 times during the previous month. During the first visit, I ordered a chicken fried rice and I ended up with a beef fried rice. I thought that the second time there would be better but as I settled down with my friends for a lunch, I saw tons of insects circulating the area. I tired eating there for one last time to see if it was any better but unfortunately, the customer service there was horrible. So we all sat in our seats and it took forever to get someone to take out order. They did not place our table with any water, and we had to eat the whole meal without any water. We watched a pregnant woman having to stand up to get her order and she had to wait for 10 minutes before the worker was finished talking on the phone. Guess when we got our water?! AFTER WE FINISHED OUR PAID THE BILL. and we had to ask for it ourselves. I would definitely not recommend this place and even if you do eat, get take out because you will get the worst customer service possible. The egg custards there are also expensive while other stores have cheaper ones that tastes a bit better. I will never ever ever ever go to this place again!

Pros: Non.

Cons: Everything.

Don't be fooled, its not the best egg tart in Chinatown (some restaurants serve a little better) but then again its been out of the oven for awhile. The variety here is great for egg tart lovers and unlike the crowded Mott Street location, this is the better of the two with ample space and less people.

Pros: Variety, Food

Cons: Value, Service, Crowded
