Terrible, terrible, terrible!. I recently switched to Bank of America, but not for long! The tellers at this branch are extremely RUDE! They make you wait while they stand behind the glass and gossip. They were out of deposit slips, and only had out of state ones available. I waited in line, got to the window to make a deposit, only to be told to go get an out of state slip! Those were the ones they were using, they were out of the others. I had to wait in line twice! No apology. When I decided to close my account, I waited in line to speak to the manager. She waved me away to the tellers when I told her I wanted to close my account. No one even bothered to ask why I was leaving, or what they could do to help! All the teller said was "Make sure to cut up your card."

Well, I did....
