First of all, when you go to Studio Uma your 1st try-out session is free! so you can decide whether you like it or not without spending a penny! (but I think you'll like it) They can create your workout according to what you want to accomplish. This is very different from anything I've tried before and the results are just unbelievable. I recommend everyone to check this place out.

Pros: near to transportation, comfortable atmosfere, beautiful equipment

Cons: none

This is a great workout for people who want to try something different and creative. The whole system of exercises is designed to improve your overall shape as well as work on specific muscle groups. The trainers know how the human body works (I think most of them were professonal dancers at some point of their lives) and are able to gently guide you throughout the session. The movements they teach have greatly improved my posture and flexibility. I feel 2 inches taller after every session. The equipment in the studio can be used for muscle toning or sculpting as well. It all becomes almost addictive after a few sessions. Best part is you can try it out for free.

Pros: Convenient Midtown location, Creative, new exercise

Cons: none
