A no-frills boutique stocked exclusively with designer pieces at heavily reduced prices.. In Short
Women's designer goods (like Yaya tops and Moschino shoes) are always on sale here. The owner culls gems from the overstock of boutiques and department stores, and then organizes the selection by size. Each garment's price tag bears its original price and its "Scout" price, which is happily at least 40 percent less. A chic atmosphere is nowhere to be found, but neither is the oppressive crowd typically found at discount retailers.
