Great happy time. We went to this restaurant for our Company Happy Hour and we had a great time. We were looked after so well from the moment we walked through the door into a vibrant and busy restaurant full of very happy guests. Main course was excellent as specially my fav. mahi mahi fish. Good time, excellent service!

AJ Maxwell is the Place for Steak. A date took me out here before we went clubbing. I never had aged steak before, but it was so juicy. Garlic mashed potatoes too. I had to dance all night to burn off the calories.

Tasty food and good service.
Had lunch here today. The place was oddly empty. We were handed the Restaurant Week menu without having to ask for it.
I went for the minestrone soup of the day, the petit filet and peach tart. My friend tried the gravlax, aged sirloin and cheesecake.
The food was very good and portion size was more than generous. The does not come with any sides so you had to order them separate. We went with the $4 fries.
A 20% gratuity was automatically added to your bill. Service was attentive and efficient.

Worst Service Ever.
My reservation was for 2 on a Sunday night at 8:30 arrived at 8:20 and was promptly seated. Upon being seated I noticed that they were understaffed but was not too concerned since we weren't in a rush. We were given water and a bread basket and patiently waited to have our order taken. A party of 15+ was seated 20 minutes after we arrived and their food orders were taken before ours at which point we decided to leave at 8:55, if the wait staff and kitchen were moving slowly at that point there was no doubt that it would only get worse.
The hostess only took notice of us as we got up even though we sat directly in front of her station. She half-heartedly offered to take our orders and the Maitre'd didn't make any effort to remedy the situation. Having worked as a hostess at a high-end restaurant in NYC for 2 years I know that it is not her responsibility to take our orders but instead of spending 5 minutes joking with departing guests she should have paid attention and called over a server to notify them that their table was not being serviced.
Our night was remedied by walking to Bobby Van's and having superb service and food as walk-ins.

AmazingFood!.
Went here with a few friends for dinner. Had soo much fun. The best sirloin I ever had. Personally, dont really like filet mignon, but my friend loved hers. We also had a special mahi mahi fish that was just delicious. The veggie sides were very yummy! Had a fresh made ravioli for appetizer that was amazing. My mouth is watering just thinking about it all.
I would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this restaurant.
