UES HOT SPOT

I dont know how I've missed this place in the past; I had a great time about 2 weeks ago. I went for a late dinner and few drinks. The skirt steak was just right and the bartender was smoking, who could ask for more. The place really got going about 11pm and didnt stop to about 3am; that few drinks turned into a few more then expected.

Terrible service, terrible crowd

When I went, the bartender was serving a group of men that seemed to be his friends, and a few of them (including the bartender) were very rude. They were confrontational and insulting. The bar didn't have a good vibe, and honestly the group there seemed kind of threatening. I would not recommend this place for anyone - there are plenty of other great bars within a block of Wicker Park.

favorite UES spot

Great bar scene and food thats a little classier than your standard bar fare. Filet sliders are insane. Has a good balance of a good restaurant during the day and a fun(and yes, at times a little wild) bar scene at night. secret: can usually find groups of cute girls hanging out there on a week night for dinner/drinks...
