I have been trying to get pregnant for almost one year... I don’t think this doctor has never taken me seriously. finally when i demanded for a treatment, she put me on clomid. She called me to give me the instructions –over the phone- on how to take the pills. I wasn’t ready to write and asked if I could call the next day to get instructions. She got annoyed and told me that she was calling to give me instructions since she won’t write this on my file (for someone else to read them for me)

3 months of clomid, and Nothing has happen… all she says is to “Keep trying”

Whenever I call to talk about the treatment, receptionists tell me that I need to make an appointment, so I did. The appointments are a complete waste of time, they last about 15 minutes and they have you waiting in the office for almost 45 minutes. Today was the last straw. I was there for nearly an hour and, so I asked the receptionist and they told me that I had 2 people ahead of me. Then the nurse asked me for the 15 thousand time what my weight and my height were and had me wait in a different waiting area. I asked her how long was going to take and she said that there were 3 people ahead of me, so I told her I was leaving. AND IM NEVER GOING BACK! That place is full of rude people with attitudes (specially the receptionists and the nurses)

Cheap Cheap Cheap. I was a patient here for almost 10 years. I saw a number of different doctors from this practice, and never felt they were all that warm or friendly, but they got the job done. Now I have to switch doctors because I moved, and I asked them to transfer my records. They are charging me $0.75 per page of my file! Talk about nickel and diming a loyal patient. I've had other doctors transfer my records and I've never been charged once! It should be included in the cost of doing business. I am glad to be rid of them, and I wouldn't recommend them to my friends. You can definitely find better in Manhattan.

Neglectful medicine-BEWARE!!!. One of the worst experiences I've had at an MD. Dismissive, clearly not familiar with polycystic ovarian syndrome. Refused to do a work-up for pelvic pain which I suspected were ovarian cysts(which I've had, so I know wat it feels like). Had to go to another GYN for the issue. I called the office and reportd my concern with her treatment. They said Dr. Rosenberg would call me(which I suspaected I would NOT hear from her... and I was right. neglectful practice!!

Love my obgyn office. I just can't say enough good things about this office. I have been going to Dr Heidi Rosenberg sine I was a Teenager and would never switch. She is a rare find . I delivered 3 children with this group and got to know Dr Archibald, Dr Gronau, and Dr Soskin during my pregnancies and like them all. Dr Rosenberg delivered my first and second child, and Dr Gronau the third.They always fit me into the schedule if I have a problem and I know that is not easy because they are always busy. For excellent medical care this is the place for you.
