I found a cute pair of boots that were marked $40 but according to the salesman should have been $50. He gave them to me for the lower price. The problem was 3 days later I found the exact boots at Bag Man on W 34th St for $27. I'm living in the city on a budget, and $13 is a big difference for me. Also Lollipop does not take returns, only exchanges within 7 days. I would not shop here again.

I am an avid shoe-shopper and NEVER have I encountered a store as distasteful as this one. I purchased a pair of shoes that are absolutely unwearable (made incorrectly, especially for $80) and I was vehemently denied the right to exchange them! I had spent a large amount of money on my first trip into the store and, as anyone is sales knows, it is much easier to keep a customer than to gain a new one. I was insulted by the Manager, who was rude and condescending. He referred to me as "Sweetie" the entire time I was in the store. I explained to him that I was not his "Sweetie" and he yelled that he was "done talking to me" and then walked away from me. He also would not let me speak to the owner (who also owns a shop in Brooklyn), claiming he was "unable to contact him himself."
Cons: rude staff, very unprofessional
