Believe too many bad reviews!! I saw their deal in Groupon and bought it. I called and got an appointment with "Eli" the owner. My appointment was at 2 pm, when I arrived he said we are running late. I sat there for FOURTY minutes when a polite lady came to take me to the back. I said I have an appointment with Eli, she said Eli does not do the internet deals!!! I insisted and she went and talked to him couple of times while he was a foot away from me and he never bothered to come over and address it himself. He acted like internet deals are so beneath him that his highness would not even get his hands dirty for them. He was intentionally rude and disrespectful. I have never seen anything like this. I made a huge mistake of not checking the reviews before buying, if I knew I would have never bought it.

So after almost an hour waiting and not even being offered a glass of water, all I got was the view of Mr. Eli's behind, I walked out WITHOUT having anything done.

I figured if they are so disrespectful of my time, they are not going to have any respect for my hair either and now after reading the horror stories here I'm glad I didn't allow them to touch my hair.

I'll call groupon to return the damn thing tomorrow!

LOVE MY HAIR AND LOVE IT HERE!!!. I decided to be brave and try a NYC hairdresser after years of going to Westchester. BEST DECISION I HAVE MADE! Eli did a wonderful job on both the cut and color of my hair!! I have never had so many complements. I will definitely be back!

UGG!. After all the positive reviews of this salon, I thought I would give it try. BIG mistake. Good reviews must be family & friends. I got the worst results! No golden hands, no hair grows like weeds. Instead it's damaged,

not cut well and the worst haircut in years! Walking

around in hat these days! UGG! Would not recomend !

BUYER BEWARE!!!. The lady who supposedly was the “Keratine expert” did not know what she was talking about & seemed to be a parrot. I asked if it was the 1 day treatment and she told me “yes”, I asked to see the bottle, and it said on it 48-72hrs. I stated “this is not what we agreed upon”. She tried to cover her lie, bye explaining “this is what we use here”. After lying to me, she began. Eli the owner noticed my frustrations and insisted on working on me. He was aggressive and obnoxious. Forcefully he told me “don’t tell me how to do my job”. I explained I have had this done SEVERAL times before & I am quite familiar with the process. He tried to quickly pass thru my hair while raising his voice, several times. He insisted my hair was fully treated and had already “dried”, after he completed 1/3 of the treatment. Had he properly treated my hair, it would not have been “dry”. My hair is extremely thick & quite impossible for it to dry in 45 seconds. Eli was IN-TOLERABLE, they do not know what they are doing, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Eli has gold hands!!!!!. Well I've done some research about where to get my haircut, I was so scared because I had a very long hair for years! A friend recommended me to go to Eli because there I will be satisfied...

like I said I wasn't relaxed because I didn't know how it will look like but Eli was amazing, he calmed me down made me feel safe and regardless, made me feel special!

I looooove my hair even when it's short but I asked for it LOL!

The haircut is beautiful Eli realy has very professional hands he is talented!

Luckily I chose you Eli I really am satisfied :)

even the price was reasonable I expected to pay more for this lovely experience Eli and his workers are just great!

I'll meet you on the next visit at this salon be sure of that :)))))

WE LOVE ELI!. Eli has been doing my hair for years! His talent, professionalism and character makes him the best at what he does. Eli always makes me feel welcome. He's amazing and does a great job at making me feel amazing. My three daughters all see Eli and they always come back looking fabulous!

The absolute best!. Eli is the absolute, BEST! Not only did he make me feel extremely comfortable while sitting in his chair, but he made me feel like a queen! I got so many compliments on my hair, and I owe it all to Eli. I'm impressed by his professionalism as well as his sense of style. HIGHLY recommended. I won't go anywhere else!

the man behind my hair!. truth be told i have awesome hair. i'm not being arrogant, i'm just being honest. and i owe most of it to Eli!

Eli always gives me killer highlights and does the best Brazilian Keratin in the city.

Trust me, I've done my fair share of hair stylist research and the search ends with Eli.

You won't be disappointed!

Perfect cuts. I was so excited to discover this place after my friend recommended it. I got the best cut I've had in ages at a great price. Eli is amazing and a doll.
