The Best Agency In the City!

During these difficult times every day feels like torture looking for a job. Having worked with agencies in the past I really didn't want to go this route again, but now is the time to pull out all stops and seek employment in any and every way you can.

I began my search by picking five agencies of which four will remain nameless. I tried to have an open mind, but as suspected was treated like a number in each. I was kept waiting, spent mere seconds with some recruiters and wasted hours with others. I was told about jobs that I don't think existed and then was dismissed with a smile and business card. I was feeling very demoralized ...

I dragged myself to my fifth agency simply because I do need a job. What a switch. I met with one of the most upbeat, considerate and concerned staff in NY. Karen, Donna and Gregg could not have been nicer. They recognized the hardship in looking for a job in this economy and assured me that I was not alone, but there were jobs out there...and I would get one! As a group they helped me with my resume, told me about jobs and gave me some interviewing tips. Their camraderie made me feel so much better and their guarantee that they would take care of me was believable. Well, here it is a week later and i have my job thanks to Kardon Search. I'll be working in a top company at a great salary for a super exec. None of this would have happened if not for Kardon.

For the person who commented on the receptionist. There was one when I was there, but the truth is I don't need a receptionist to get a job...I need a great agency and Kardon is one!

Great Experience From Beginning To End!!!

I came to see Karen and Donna, the two partners of Kardon Search last week. Despite a difficult economy, they both took the time to meet with me for a long time and they had some great ideas to help me with my search! They spent a great deal of time with me working on my resume, fixing it up and quickly got it out to 3 of their clients. They got me an interview and even though I havent gotten a call back yet, I feel so positive about the experience. I know if there are any positions that are well suited for me, they will think of me and try to get me out on things. I would strongly recommend this firm...Clients as well as candidates should know how hard they work to try and place the right person at the right place! Great Experience from beginning to end!!!

Highly Recommend

Working with Kardon Search has been a pleasure, not like many of the other staffing firms. They are very friendly and happy. They take the candidates needs into consideration and they have very good clients. Gregg Suchow was specifically helpful when I was on my search and I highly recommend everyone over there!
