They Will Lie to Your Face. There are too many area shoe repair stores in the area for you to waste your time on this one. They told me when my shoes would be ready, and I went there that day. When I arrived they told me they had lost my shoes (5 pairs!), but would look for them and call me. They never called and then when I called them they said they'd tried calling and I didn't pick up (I'd given my cell phone number -- there were no missed calls on my caller ID). They then proceeded to lie several more times before finally giving me back my shoes.
