A Living Nightmare!. Where to begin with Kaish and Taub? You don't have to dig very deep to find where these bodies are buried. Just do a little research and you see the countless lawsuits that are a testament to how disgusting and corrupt these 2 individuals are. They are dishonest and bankrupt, both morally and financially.

Unfortunately, I've had intimate dealings with them -- and I can only write these as a warning to anyone out there to protect them from making the same mistake. LENNY TAUB AND NORM KAISH are to be avoided at all costs!

Consider yourself warned.

K&T's Lawyer Suing K&T !!!. Kaish & Taub (Norm Kaish, Lenny Taub and David Yacoob) have now been sued by Ed Jaffe - their own lawyer! He's filed a $195,000 claim against them for failing to pay his legal bills! Hard to feel sorry for Jaffe though given his involvement in the fraud that Kaish & Taub is separately being sued for...

If Kaish & Taub will screw its own lawyer imagine what it will do to you!

Kaish and Taub always great service!. I've worked with Kaish and Taub for years and always received warm welcome on the phone or in person.

Some people as 154AS.... choose to trash the companies' reputations for unknown purposes, but the facts are all wrong: K&T was never evicted, never worked from PO Box and as per last statement are Located in Penn Plaza. They never declared bankruptcy and are well off operating on their current projects.

Most Unethical Developer. The previous reviews were ovbviously written by Kaish & Taub since since they were all posted on the same date and anybody who has done business with Norman Kaish, Leonard Taub and David Yacoob knows their the most unethical individuals on the planet, Some facts --- they were evicted from their Madison Avenue offices last year for failing to pay rent and now work out of a PO Box, theyve been sued for fraud, they declared bankruptcy and refuse to honor contracts. Avoid doing business with them!!!!!!!!!

Developer's that keep up NY. I have been in real estate business for many years and had pleasure of working with Kaish and Taub. They have number of successful projects with great returns. Despite the economy distress, they are one of the few which stayed afloat in this business even in the worst times.

got a great deal!. I have worked with K&T in the past and can say that was never screwed over, they are people of their word. I have made great deals with them. For all those hateful comments: low-balling and not getting what they want isn't a reason to trash.

Successful Developer's NYC. Kaish and Taub has been successful in its developer's ventures such as Attorney Street. 316 Bowery has been a hit on Bowery with its restaurant and luxury lofts in the Noho area. From what I know they have never walked away from deals or tried to screw any of their investors or customers.

Worst developer in New York. Norm Kaish and Lenny Taub will screw you every way they can. They think nothing of walking away from one of their projects and their commitments. They operate under many different names - so make sure you due your homework and avoid any project that involves one or both of them - even if the words "kaish" and "taub" dont appear in it. Any written contract they enter into isn't worth the paper it's written on.
