Their products and prices are good, but the delivery/installation service they use is the pits. I bought 2 A/C units in April, and one was a lemon and needed to be replaced. I ended up waiting around for 11 hours for them to show up! Also, you can't call before 9am on the morning of the delivery/installation to get your window. The second part of the story is that the new A/C was not installed properly. In order to get the problem diagnosed and fixed, you have to wait around for someone to show up to tell you what's wrong, then another separate window for someone else to come back and do the repair (the same person doesn't do both). Got a call this morning saying that the part they needed wasn't even in stock (even though I was told it was). I figure I'm about 18 hours in so far in for all the time spent waiting around for them. And now it's the hottest day of the year at 98 degrees and I'm living in an oven! So think twice about buying products from them unless you can deal with the installation yourself.
Pros: pretty good prices
Cons: horrible installation/delivery service
