good food, poor service. always a super long wait even for 2 people. the food is great but some of the staff aren't very friendly. there was one time we waited about 2 hours for a table and we asked the staff who said that they called us but then accused us of taking the buzzer outside, when in fact we didnt! we were sitting inside the crowded restaruant the whole time waiting!

Bad food!. I used to like Red Lobster. A lot. 3 years ago I even celebrated my birthday there. But every time I go there it's getting worst and worst. The service is good. Decoration is beatiful. But the food! Its tastless, tastless, tastless. Tons of oil. It looks very cheap and unattractive. Anything... from fish to lobster. I think in any diner you will get better quality. Last Monday went in 42nd Street we regret it so bad! Waist of money!!!

I'll never go there again and non of my family or friends.

Not So Good. If you're a tourist or taking someone on a date and you go here for dinner, there must be something seriously wrong with you. I'm from the city and I saw tons of tourist and couples there. Why would anyone go here when there are literally thousands of genuine, quality restuarants in NYC? If you're trying to impress a girl by taking her to dinner, don't make a fool of yourself by taking her to one of these "casual dining" places. A friend of mine took some people out for her birthday here...the food was okay, but very oily and bit generic. There is not a single interesting thing about the menu. Everything is actually of cheap quality and apparently made with hydrogenated oils (look it up!) to save money. Yeah, not worth it!

A Great Inconvenience. I tried to book a holiday party for a major NYC hospital. We were going to have 50 guests and the restaurant was guaranteed to make a lot of money from us. Once we had the space booked and tried to agree on pricing they kept raising the price. Then they gave us all these reasons why we had to pay with cash (we're talking thousands of dollars in cash). We were going to be forced to buy a gift card a head of time and just when we confirmed all the details and I was heading down to pay I got a call 2 weeks before the date of the party (and three weeks after we began negotiations) that they couldn't house us. So first I get the runaround about pricing and payment and then I get dropped. Overall this place was a huge inconvenience and I will never go there.

Red Lobster. Whenever we go on vacation we always look for a Red Lobster. So you might have to wait a while to get seated, but it's worth the wait. The food is always excellent. Hoping to eat there on Thanksgiving Day -- we already had our turkey before going to the 2007 Macy's Day Parade. It's kind of a tradition to eat there every time we visit NYC.

good food, bad service. this place is always so slow. ull be waiting at least 45min to get to the table..

the bar is overcrowded and the waiters just talk to each other instead of serving the costumers.

the waiterguy, called celester is rude and he didnt clean the dishes well..

this place is more for take out...

the food is awesome.
