Not worth the prices!. The two best things about this place is the sangria and the customer service. Otherwise the food is not flavorful as one might expect from Latin cuisine. I had the sea bass with mashed potatoes and it was so bland! My husband had the skirt steak and that lacked flavor as well. How could a Latin restaurant serve flavorless food and charge so much money? The place is decorated classy but parking SUX in the area so plan to take the train.

Great Lounge. Although rather small this is a nice place to dance a few latin beats.. they play a big variety of music and some reggae and hip hop.. The ambiance is very friendly and classy.. although parking is not the greatest!

the best customer service. 809 is the best and the most beautiful place to go eat and have sangria i really like going to 809 to eat and drink and have fun if you like to eat good food and sangria please go to 809 you will love it and enjoy your self

Very, very good. I had dinner on Saturday and it was great. I love the ambiance of this place. Very cozy and a nice atomsphere. The food was excellent. I had the red snapper with cliantro rice which was very unique and delicious. I will be back for more. I love trying new places. We live in the biggest city of the world and we have some many places to explore. Treat yourself today to 809.

Inwood restaurant. This place sounds good - get the red snapper with seafood risotto in the middle. Also supposed to have very good sangria.

Good food - Ok service. In a short period of time, this place has established itself as a jewel in the Inwood neighborhood of Manhattan.

I have been to 809 about 5 times now, for lunch and dinner. The food is consistently good and very well prepared, not to mention served with a high attention to detail.

The churrasco is by far the best in the whole area and one of the best I have tasted in the city.

great new restaurant/lounge in the heights!!. I have eaten at 809 twice now. Both experiences were great. The sangria is unbelievable. The service is impeccable and everyone is very accommodating. My friend had the red snapper which was delicious and I had the steak special. They have great presentation and taste to match! It is worth the trip to the heights!
