Though it was advertised as having "Live Music/Cuban band on Sat. nights (which is the reason I went) there was NO LIVE MUSIC & I was disappointed.I was hoping that the food would make up for it, but it didnt & neither did the drinks. The drinks were VERY watered down, mind you we had a "flaming matador" that was topped off w/ 151 supposedly. For 12 bux a pop it was a waste. The churrasco was undercooked & the baccalao (cod tapa) was chewy. The fish wasnt fresh you could tell which is a BIG no no.Not to mention the place was empty yet they were smart enough to sit a COUPLE right in front of a group of loud drunk girls. There was a million other tables yet they sat us by a birthday party of loud college girls. I am not a complainer and have never felt compelled to leave a review on citysearch but by the end of the night I left annoyed in every way, out 60 bux for 2 tapas & 2 drinks & will NOT be back. Being hispanic myself, the food was shameful and poorly cooked. Theres a MILLION other tapas places in NY, dont waste your time here. (oh and i forgot to mention, they decided to clean the floor right behind us also... to top it off I had to smell chlorox for a good half hour... yeah very appetizing! )

excellent sangria. however, when we made a reservation over the phone, we were told sangria is part of the happy hour when we eat dinner there. when we got our bill, they said sangria is only part of happy hour at the bar. when we commented to the staff they shrugged thier shoulders.
