A Unique Place to Excercise – The Personal Trainers are all excellent at Nimber Fitness. I began my personal training with them in April, 2011after recovering from a tennis elbow injury which affected both my arms . Dan who is an owner did my evaluation including an individual traning session before assigning me to Victor. In six months my arms went from being able to lift only fours pounds to twenty pounds. In addition I lost twenty pounds with diet and proper training and motivation from Victor. Only telling everyone out there about Victor because I finished my personal training with him now. So someone should grab him while avalible to begin their training. You will be vey lucky to get him. I will continue with Nimble when they start TRX Classes in late October.
Boot Camp like never before!!! – FUNctionally Fit Bootcamp is a unique combination and great way to exercise your entire body in fun and interesting way. This class design by Richard Lehman, who is one of the best trainers I have worked with!
The Kattlebells, VIPR, TRX combo is AMAZING! If you want a good work out and you want the hour pass by fast, This is IT! You may not hear it very often, but Mondays are now my favorite days!
FUNctionally Fit Bootcamp – If you haven't tried Kettlebell, TRX or VIPR I would definitely recommend taking this class ASAP. If you have then I am sure you already know how great the workout is with any of those tools. But when you combine them like this class does its the best work out! I guarantee you will be hooked after one class. This class will give you the biggest bang for your buck. it is cardio intensive so you burn major calories and also provides strength training as well to tone up your muscles.
The class is on Mondays at 6:15 with Richard Lehman. He is awesome. He makes the class fun and he is very knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable. The class is designed to take at your own pace so it is challenging for all fitness levels. And its only $20!
Great workout – I was convinced by a friend to join. I am so incredibly glad that I did because I have never experienced better teaching and instruction. From what I have seen, teachers have different styles here so it may be good to try different days and times to find your ideal fit.
Educated trainers looking out for your best interest – The trainers are meticulous with details of exercise. They don’t just throw you on a machine and watch you get injured. I love the personal attention I receive here. No attitude or judgement. The space is relaxing. Not intimidating at all.
No matter what level you are at they will work with your mental and physical ability and your goals to either make you flexible, leaner, stronger. Whatever your goal they will make sure you get their in a way that suits your personality and commitment level.
I would recommend Nimble to anyone!
Superb! – I got to know Nimble by taking a few of Ariane Hundt's classes there. The vibe is mellow, the place is spotlessly clean and the instructors are serious, inspiring, knowledgeable and totally on their game. The TRX classes are awesome. All in all, a serious but fun place to work out for people REALLY interested ih fitness!
Nimble Helps Make Me Who I Am!!! – My job is quite hectic and without having scheduled training sessions, I most likely would not find the time to get myself into a gym. I constantly remind Daniel that without his amazing expertise and knowledge of the body, I simply would not be who I am today. The time I spend at Nimble keeps me grounded, centered and truly helps me both physically and mentally. No two sessions are the same and that's what keeps the approach at Nimble fresh. I am a true believer in what they offer.
Great TRX Classes! – I've taken the TRX class at Nimble and absolutely love it. I'm a Personal Trainer so my schedule does not always permit me to attend regularly but whenever I have a break, I make it a rule to go. Terrell is an awesome instructor and the atmosphere at Nimble is very warm and inviting.I already own a TRX and feel pretty confident using it on my own and with clients but there's nothing like just being in a class and having someone else run the show. After class, I feel like I can lift a building!
Awesome TRX Classes – I've been attending Nimble's TRX Suspension classes for the past couple of months. They are my new favorite workout. You get a total body workout in less than an hour, and I'm feeling stronger every week. I hate to recommend it because I don't want the classes to fill up too much, but you've got to check it out!
Best Personal Trainers and local gym! – Run, don't walk is right! I have been going to Nimble for the past 4 years and this gym gets better and better. The trainers are incredible. I have nothing but great things to say . If you are looking for a small gym that gives you all the personal attention that the chains cannot- THIS IS IT!
