I LOVE MARISCO CENTRO. Simply the best seafood I've had in Manhattan. Great service, large platters and very well priced. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Amazing Food!!! Friendly staff. I love this place! The staff is always friendly, the atmosphere is fun and the food is amazingly fresh! I love the the rice and beans and the paella! Also, if you are searching for the best seafood in NYC search no further! Did I mention how fresh everything is? This is one of those enjoyable restaurants that make you want to stay for hours! I plan to come back again an again!

Best "FRESH" Seafood at an affordable price...City Island cannot beat this place.
At the beginning, this place is not very impressive (as far as the entrance is concerned). The Customer Service is not something to brag about either (they were just OK but not rude in any way, just slow).
However, the food in this place (as far as freshness and variety) beats 99% of the seafood specialty restaurants in City Island and in most places in New York.
The prices cannot be beaten (not a cheap hole-in-the-wall restaurant) and some of the waitresses are top notch eye candy.
Best of all they have an interesting ambiance (like dancing and Karaoke-Depending on weeknight) and clear floors with views to Fish Tanks (like those on glass-bottom boats and cruises).
