This has been my first experience with ExecuSearch and I have to say I would not choose any other company besides them. My contact Danielle J. has been amazing! She found me a position that fit exactly what I was searching for and always provided me all the information I needed including any updates. We stay in contact on a weekly basis and she is truly interested in how everything is going for me, which does not happen often. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that everything is working out for me. I am so grateful that she found the position which has turned into a solid career for myself with a company I love and cannot see myself being anywhere else!

Having worked with numerous recruiting companies/staffing agencies, I have got to say I have had the best experience with the Execu search group. My recruiter (Vincent G.) made it clear from the first time I talked to him that he wanted to get me a better position than the one I had. He began applying me for various positions immediately after I met with him and unlike other recruiters, made it a point to keep in touch with me (even when I wasn't offered an interview). When I finally got the interview, he worked with me to make sure he covered every last topic I would need to go over for the interview, and made it a point to make sure that I was completely prepared and gave tips for the interview as well. After the interview, he gave me feedback based on what he was told from the company. Turns out I was offered the position. Even after I started, Vinny has stayed in touch with me to make sure I'm doing well. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a position to meet with him at least once, unlike other recruiters he actually wants his clients to get the position!

I have worked with more than 10 recruiting companies in the past year and Execu-search worked the hardest for me. You get what you put in and, the harder you work and the better your experience, the more Execu-search can do for you. A friendly company full of hard workers, I give a full recommendation.

I went to this agency in November 2011 and was told by Joy Kahlenberg that her clients would not see anyone without a college degree.....I graduated two weeks later, I called her back and she then told me She doesn't see anyone who has is not working. I then went to another recruiter at this agency and was sent on a temp job. This recruiter lied to me and told me the position was from Sept to October knowing it was until December 2012, she knew I was looking for a perm job and never returned my calls whenever I inquired about a permanent position. The only time she called me back was if she thought I would be unable to complete my assignment. Very demoralizing. I hate these people

I had a great experience with Execu Search Group. My recruiter (Katie) was very attentive with excellent follow-up. The staff is very professional and the recruiters are very knowledgeable about their clients. In two weeks I will be starting my new job they helped me obtain.

My experience with Execu Search is very positive. Alan McGinn has been very professional in terms locating suitable opportunities and assisting me every step along the interview and hiring process.

He would give me a call the day before the interview to prepare me for the interview and another call right after each interview and then follow up with the potential employer for the next step. I'm very impressed with their efficient and friendly professional services. I'd recommend this agency to anyone.

I worked with this great recruiter with sophisticated Irish accent and it was the best thing that I could ask for during a job search. He is very professional and surprisingly available at all times to respond to emails (even before or after regular business hours). He helped me to carve out a great resume, scheduled interviews with multiple companies and negotiated a great comp package at the end which I happily accepted.My recruiter prepare me generally for my interviews (never told me in nitty gritty what to say or what not to say), he always called me right after my interviews to ask me how I did and ask me how I think of the position, as well as people who interviewed me. He took notes of such conversation as well, just to better understand the candidates' preference in terms of positions, companies, and work environment. Not to mention that he is also super efficient and effective, it only took a month from the day I reached out to him without a resume until i accepted a great offer.

I have to say I appreciated the help that I got from my recruiter and felt really lucky to work with him.

Execu-Search a great agency to work with.....

From the moment I got called by them to come and interview for a possible position, I have never been happier. I met with Danielle Johnson, who loved my resume and immediately set me up for a interview with Celgene. Needless to say she definitely was me own personal cheerleader. She was a amazing person to work with and really believed that I would be a great fit for this company. I've worked for other agencies before and Never did I get the time, attention, and positivity that this agency has given me. I'm so proud to now work for them!!

I've had the most pleasant experience with Execu|Search ever. Not only they helped me to land the job I really wanted (with 20% increase in my annual salary), they did an amazing job of preparing me for the interview (4-hour interview with about 10 people ranging from Analysts to Founding Partners plus a math/logic test); they also were very attentive to my interests and the changes I wanted to make in my career; they offered me a number of positions but let me choose the ones I wanted to pursue; they walked me through the whole interviewing process, reviewed my resume and suggested certain editions, and provided me with tons of first-hand information about the company I was interested in, the people that work there, and the opportunities that awaited for me there. Now when I look back - everything turned out to be exactly as I was told, no gimmicks. I would definitely recommend Execu|Search to anybody who is serious about making the next step in their careers!

ExecuSearch. I had a terrific experience with ExecuSearch. I dealt with Eric, who had sent me on interviews with 5 different companies. I ended up getting hired from the company I liked most and am extremely happy with the services they provided.

Eric and I had a good meeting to go over my background and what I was looking for. From there it was an easy process of talking about the opportunities he had and setting up the interviews. I highly recommend the entire group, and Eric in particular.
