ExecuSearch. I had a terrific experience with ExecuSearch. I dealt with Eric, who had sent me on interviews with 5 different companies. I ended up getting hired from the company I liked most and am extremely happy with the services they provided.

Eric and I had a good meeting to go over my background and what I was looking for. From there it was an easy process of talking about the opportunities he had and setting up the interviews. I highly recommend the entire group, and Eric in particular.

Looking for a great position, work with ExecuSearch!. I have been working with ExecuSearch for over six years. I highly recommend using them during your search for a great position.

Unlike other agencies, they don't harrass you with every single bs position that comes across their desk. I told my recruiter specifically what I was looking for and she only called me if a position came across that fit my needs.

My recruiter never forgot or gave up on my search. Thank you for thinking of me for the past 6 years!!!!

A M A Z I N G ! ! !. The only recommendation I can give to anyone looking for a job in NYC, is to submit your resume to Joy Kahlenberg, and pray to Gd that she decides to work with you. This young lady is absolutely phenomenal! Not only does she have connections with some of THE most reputable global companies in the world, but she will truly spend an endless amount of time with you to prepare you for any interviews, from the proper attire to wear for any particular company to the expected questions, to the perfect answers, to the company background, to the interviewee’s personal likes and dislikes, etc .. She is professional, respectful, thorough, experienced and extremely knowledgeable. Good luck with your job search :)

Vinnie and Ajmal are Fantastic!. The recruiters at ExecuSearch are very professional and friendly, especially Vinnie and Ajmal. They will help you find a job that matches your skill set. I told them I was actively looking for a job and they set me up with an interview within a week. They are polite, and understanding, which are very rare qualities that most agencies do not have. They were also very good at analyzing my strengths and presenting them to the client. After working with them for a few months, I can honestly say they are committed to finding very good positions with long term prospects.

Great Recruiters & Great Diversity of Job Opportunities. I have worked with the New York, NY-branch of Execu-Search twice in five years, and I had an exceedingly good experience each time.

The first major benefit of working with Execu-Search is the responsiveness, thoroughness, experience and high standards of the recruiters (I have worked with Shana). No point was too small; they verified all details of my previous and current experience, my education, and all details of the parameters of my job search.

The second major plus of Execu-Search is the great variety of industries and roles of the positions they work to fill. I was impressed to be able to interview with IT, Finance, and Non-Profit, all for the type of role I wished to find, and all in a month's time. The team is composed of professionals who have previous professional experience, and they bring this to benefit both their candidates and clients.

Last, I would have to highlight the treatment I received with Execu-Search. Shana was always available to help me prepare for interviews, provided excellent advice, prep. materials, and SUCH good follow-up (with clients as well as with me).

Professionals determined to find the right job. I had a wonderful experience with ExecuSearch. I was referred directly to Joy K. by a friend and she was professional and honest from our first meeting. I was interviewing during December (a difficult time of year to be in the recruiting/placement business) and her dedication to my job search was stellar throughout. She prepared me for interviews, was up front about every detail and listened to my feedback about the firms with whom I was meeting. Energetic, determined and gets results! ES/JK found me the job of a lifetime in a firm that is a great match for both my skills and temperment. I am now working in HR and will use ExecuSearch to find candidates, as I know I can trust them to be thorough and detailed in their endeavors.

Reliable for Qualified Candidates. I have worked with Execu-Search twice in personal job searches (albeit with different associates) and have referred their services to a few friends, all of whom are still happy in their roles. Most recently I worked with Joy and it was an absolute pleasure. She was very upfront about job descriptions/potential opportunities, as well as feedback for improvement. She made herself available at all hours to provide guidance for my interviews and to coach me through any of my questions/reservations. I would highly recommend utilizing ES, but only if you are equally fair with your time and dedication in the job seeking process.
