I'm an actor here in NYC and am extremely fortunate to have had Daphne take my latest headshots. I wish I had found her when I first came to the city - not that my previous shots were terrible, but that undefinable extra "something" in Daphne's photos is apparent. She is a superb photographer who creates a relaxed, fun and comfortable atmosphere during your session which allows you to just be yourself, which is essential for truly effective headshots. You're able to forget about the camera and avoid the awkward artificiality that the process can sometimes become with other photographers. Agents and casting directors want to see that special quality that makes you unique and grabs their attention - Daphne knows how to capture that. I've gotten more compliments and positive feedback on these headshots than any of my previous ones, so I just wanted to thank Daphne and enthusiastically recommend her to anyone out there looking for a great photographer.

Daphne photographed our wedding 7 years ago, and has done numerous family photographs. She is very professional and cares about her work and her clients. She has the utmost integrity and loves what she does. In addition to doing wedding photography she shoots for Quest magazine and other periodicals, a testament to her professionalism and great work. She has photographed in Nantucket, Israel, France, NYC, and many other places around the world. Not only does she photograph weddings, but she also does portraits, bat/bar mitzvah's, and family photographs. You will not be disappointed in the quality or her work.
