Excellent pet store!!!

As long as we live in NYC, we will never go to another pet store!!! The service is amazing and everyone that works here knows me and my dog by name!! They love to shower my lab, Genie, with attention while feeding her treats!! They have everything you need for your dog or cat and more, and if you have a special request, they will do their best to get it in the store as soon as possible! Best of all, their prices are extremely reasonable for NYC standards!! Highly recommend you bringing your pet here while you shop ---you will both fall in love with Pet Central!!

Terrific local pet store!

My dog and I love Pet Central! They are always friendly when we come in and willing to help out if I need it. And when I call for a delivery they know me and what I'll probably need. They delivery very promptly as well. I highly recommend Pet Central for you pet's needs.
- Pros: Open 7 days a week. Free delivery. Friendly service.

Horrible customer service.

Worst customer service. Extremely rude salespeople. Overpriced. Avoid at all costs. Cans on the shelves are dented.
