Rude, incompetent and sloppy. After months of planning a party here, and dozens of meetings, phone calls, and emails, the Loft was completely unprepared for the event. The party was scheduled to begin at 7:00 pm and by 6:45 nothing had been set up. The manager was aggressively rude and the staff incompetent. There was absolutely no attention to detail, courtesy, or follow through. Avoid this restaurant!
