Impressive sushi, quick service. They have some very unusual rolls here that tasted really good. I liked the dragon roll and the volcano roll in particular. This place is like a hidden gem lunch spot that not to many people know about. To get inside, you have to go through stairway to a basement, but once you get there, the space really opens up and it's actually a pretty large area there. They have a nice bar in the front after the stairs. Food was fresh, salads and sushi were great.

really good. We randomly strolled into this place while walking around the area. The entrees here were really great, the price, very reasonable. Fish seemed really fresh and service was with a smile. Liked it a lot here. My favorite dish was the bolgogi beef, and i liked all of the rolls we got too

Incredible Asian, good price, fast delivery. Koodo was a delight! Came here intending to each before happy hour, but ended up staying at their bar. Good food and large portions--the Chinese and Korean dishes were pretty exotic and full of unusual spices. Service here is REALLY fast, especially when you order from your office. Anything with salmon tended to be very good, so i would go with that. They also use seamless web, so its very convenient.

Fresh, delicious, great service. All the salads and special rolls here are delicious! Definitely try that, and go there for lunch when the price is at its best. They have really good sashimi deluxe platters for $20 that are enough for two people, really fresh and great! Great service too!

Delicious Rolls, great lunch special, fresh sushi. We had some trouble finding this place because its really on Nassu Street rather than Liberty street, but once we got here, we realized it was as gem as soon as we got our dishes. The avacado salad was delicious as a starter, and all the rolls we got were mouth-watering. I really liked the dragon rolls--very fresh avacado and a big portion size. The adamame was good, and also the bogolgi beef was incredible. Although it was pretty much just a big plate of meat that my boyfriend got, it tasted delicious and tender, even though I'm generally not much of a meat person. Great experience, this restaurant, I would definitely come back here.

Hidden Gem in The Financial district. This is an amazing place that I believe doesn't get the credit it deserves. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that the location is kind of inconvenient unless you know where you are going. Once you find it, you will realize that it's a gem. The food here is fresh and exceptional, the decor is nice, all the service staff people are eager to please and really go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied, and all of the food is really fresh, especially the fish. I had some of their special and regular rolls and they were all excellent. Try the spicy scallop roll and the dragon rolls, I think those were my favorite. They have a very good lunch special, you get a lot for your money. I'm really into kani sticks and quail egg, and they really know how to make those, so make sure you give that a try. Great place for lunch in the afternoon and good for dates in the evenings. Also the fried icecream is very tasty, definitely try that when you are there.

Editorial Review. Koodo Sushi, in New York City, specializes in a variety of great Asian cuisine, including Japanese, Korean, Thai and Vietnamese flavors.

Gave it a try but no more!. Moved into the area and work near by but everything was a disappointment - from the food and service co-workers and I had for lunch to the dinner delivery I had on another occasion. Must be better options in the neighborhood!

Good service, great food. I went to the sister restaurant on the Upper East Side called Koodoos. The fish was fresh, the rolls were delicious, and the ramen portions were huge. I ordered the Tuna tartar appetizer & it was wonderful. I ordered one of the recommended rolls (I think it was called Firecracker) & that was great as well. My friends had the bento box (which came w/ a lot of food), ramen (huge bowl of noodles), and some sushi rolls. Everything was delicious. I would definitely eat here again & the service was great. They didn't rush us at all.
