Appalling service!. The food came cold, but beyond that the meat was rubbery and the pita was hard as a rock. When we called to inquire as to why we were charged more than the bill on the credit card the cashier and supervisor were condescending and rude. Disgusting food with disgusting service. Would rather starve then eat here again

I've had better.. The appetitizers were blah. Hummus and Babaganoush were bland, spinach pie was a rip off for a small piece of a triangle. I ordered from this place last week. I was placed on hold for 5 mins, the girl on the phone had a nasty attitude, not to mention how I heard employees in the background arguing. When I had asked the girl what was in the greek salad, she tells me " Ifs a greek salad, what you think was in it?". I asked to speak to a manager and she tells me that she is the manager? A friend of mines, who works 3 blocks from this location, and I dropped by in person since I did not want to order by phone again. We ordered the fish tacos (which had way too much mayonnise but fairly plesant) and a steak rice bowl (which had 3 pieces of steak in it for $13?) which both orders were cold!. While we were waiting for the food, the employees were ringing up the orders, and I had seen how they answer the phone and just place customers on hold for 5 mins, even if the place wasnt busy. There was another person there, I"m assuming who was the manager, who was flirting with female customers?? Some of the cooks, they werent' even using gloves? That is NOT a place to run a business.

I will NEVER order food from here EVER again.

It does not surprise me that my past employee who was fired from this location will go out of its way to write a negative review like this. The funny thing is she was the employee who was fired for her rude service manners.

Absolutely delicious. I was looking for simple salad lunch and boy did I find one. I was little nervous trying out a new place, especially where it was located, but man was it tasty. The cashiers recommended the small pita grill salad and it was absolutely delicious. The store is little difficult to find but go and try it. I'LL BE BACK.

It's really the best Grill Chicken!!!!. Food is very fresh!!! I especially enjoyed the Gyro!! That's one of my favorite dishes out of the whole menu. The cashiers are very friendly as well. They strike up conversations that makes the wait more pleasant. I recommend this place for others!!!!!

Best take-out downtown. The veg. platter was (yummy hummus /babaganush/ tabouleh/ falafel/ grape leaves) was delicious. For the meat lovers try the hawaiian steak & steak stir fly. One of the few restaurants open late night downtown. Pita Grill is our #1 choice for those late work nights. We work hard enough, don't choose pizza & greasy chinese food as your late night dinner

Editorial Review. A mini-chain with a focus on fast, fresh and healthy Middle Eastern fare (falafel, grilled chicken) and many vegetarian options.
