NEVER ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST One of the worst experiences of my life. They confirmed for delivery in valentines day and never fulfilled the order.



When I tried to get my money back they have me the run around all day.



The owner called and was extremely rude and offered no compensation. He hung up when I asked for compensation.



All of the staff are rude and obnoxious which is little surprise after talking with the manager.



What a joke. Don't know how they are in business.



Do not order from them, you WILL be let down.

Wouldn't recomend them. Really poor florist-- I would recommend ANY of the other florists in the area. Buyer beware.

Terrible Service. I received a call from this place as someone had ordered me flowers. I was at work, so the message was to call them back to schedule a delivery time. I have called them back 3 times now and each time i was told that they have to find my order and call me back. 3 times now they have not called me back to schedule a delivery. I'm not sure if they cant keep the orders straight, or if they just don't care. Either way, steer clear of this place!!!

Unique floral gifts, great service. Recently ordered a spa basket for my mom's birthday-she loved it! I was surprised at their selection from a neighborhood florist, but I dealt with more than one staff member, and everyone was really nice and accomodating...Gift was exactly how they described and delivered on time with courteous service...I've tried several florists in the city, and felt like the service at Quality Florists was exactly that...quality driven!
