“Not only was the store decked out for the holiday - employees were dressed to the nines, there was an awesome display in the window, and they were giving out candy to all the neighborhood kids - I was really impressed by the attention I received from the ”

“They must have spent fifteen minutes working with me to pick out the perfect combination of flowers that would suit my friend and my budget.”
They are not very helpful. I wanted some help and they were to busy to help. I will never call them again
NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. My husband is in the US Marine Corps and he has sent me what i am expecting to be a beautiful arrangement. My husband called me yesterday 5-7-11 and asked had I received my Mothers day gift i said No and he gave me the # to this shop which he had ordered from i'm sure its a wonderful shop but i have yet 2 receive my arrangement and i have called and i've gotten hung up on n spoken to in a rude manner. i have yet to receive my husbands gift. I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHATS GOING ON?
Very Rude. I ordered an expensive arrangement form them. The delivery never showed up. When i called they were rude and blamed me. They may be fine if you pick up but I would not get any deliveries. They need new people answering the phone.
We make all our deliveries. We are accused of NEVER making the delivery. We need more information to set the record straight.
LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS. This place is the WORST. They never delivered my 150 basket and never called me to tell me about a delay in delivery. Over two weeks later I call and ask to speak to the owner, and the manager hangs up on me three times. Unbelievable. If the owner is reading this--please contact me--your manager should be fired and I am filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau.
We do not know what is meant by "150 basket." We need to know about the details of this order and the alleged delay in delivery so we can rectify this matter for our customer. We apologize for any errors or errors in judgment that may have been made by an employee.
THE WORST FLORIST I HAVE EVER USED..
THE WORST FLOWER SHOP I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I'D RATHER BUY FLOWERS AT A DELI!
The store manager AND delivery boy yelled at my girlfriend for not being at her desk when they were there to deliver the flowers!!!
WHY WOULD YOU EVER YELL AT SOMEONE WHO IS ABOUT TO RECEIVE FLOWERS?
I called to figure out what happened and right away they started yelling at me without allowing me to get a word in.
Their childish mannerisms detroyed our day and our week.
PLEASE BOYCOTT.
We are sorry for any misunderstanding. We have an excellent delivery record. Sometimes there is a problem caused by a building or company policy that requires that the recipient personally accept a delivery. As a result, the delivery cannot be made initially and has to be redelivered later at our expense. Neither the customer nor the recipient nor us is at fault. We cannot change a building or company policies. Often, this results in an unfortunate misunderstanding.
Great Local Floral Shop. The owner is such a nice man and hes usually in the store when I stop in. The rest of the employees are very nice as well and always put together something beautiful. I've never been disappointed. This is the best flower shop on the UES.
It is so nice to hear that a loyal cystomer appreciates what we do.
good place for flowers. Citifloral is my local flower shop and I have been visiting them there for years now. The owner always knew that I wanted and was there. Now that his nephew took over, they asked me if I would write a review of what I thought about the shop, so this is it. They always leave flowers outside to take for free when they are no longer fresh enough to sell. The designs they make are beautiful and they are known for taking orders that other shops won't. They have always gone out of their way for me and I will continue using them.
Contrary to fraudulent rumors perpetrated by my nephew and sister, I never "retired" from CitiFloral and my nephew was never the owner or legitimate manager. I nearly gave my life for the store. I was attacked in the store and suffered severe head trauma. I spent several months in the hospital. During that time, they usurped my powers. My nephew had no knowledge of this business or any business and thought he would succeed by boadcasting the "big lie" online.
Local Florist. I go in to this shop from time to time to pick up flowers for my apartment. They always greet me like family and know just what I like. The only drawback is because the shop is so small, I have to leave my elderly mother outside if she's with me. I don't want her to trip. She doesn't mind waiting as long as I buy flowers for her too! I often buy orchids here as gifts too- they have a really beautiful display of very exotic orchids.
Organic Gift Basket. I needed to get a gift basket for my bosses family. My boss is allergic to gluten and his family eats organic most of the time. I looked online to try and find a place that sold organic gift baskets and I had QUITE some time finding something. Finally I ran across this place and they are doing some sort of special line with the organic baskets and donations to charity (I think its a food bank). It turned out to be a great hit. My boss was so impressed that I was looking out for his needs and I think the charity donation make the gift extra special. Two big thumbs up! :-)
