The ONLY Salon You Need to Visit!. Karoline and Igor are the BEST in the business!

I first started going to their salon, Class 5th Ave, in Bay Ridge Brooklyn in 1999. I had had a really bad haircut the year before and I was leary about trying another salon. Karoline too the time to sit with me and ask me what I was looking for in a haircut and how much time I wanted to spend styling my hair. It was such a pleasant experience. She really listened to me and saved my hair! When I asked about color, my next appointment was with her husband, Igor. He is absolutely wonderful! He, too, took the time to discuss my color options and what would be best. These two really know their business and they make you feel like the most important client in the salon. I have been going to them ever since. I absolutely love the new salon, Gruppo Creativo. It is so bright, airy, cheerful and relaxing. The staff at Gruppo Creativo, under their guidance, is most professional and courteous. I now have my hair done by a stylist trained by Karoline and Igor, Stephanie. She is an absolute doll! I am no glad to be a regular client. This is THE place for it all! I can't say enough good things about them. They are all so wonderful!!!

Biased Review. As manager of Gruppo Creativo Salon, I looked through records and there were no new clients in the time frame of the review. Also if this client was so unsatisfied they would have gotten their money back because we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

worst haircut. I was looking forward for a professional hair cut, but I left very unhappy, and with a choppy hair cut that did nothing for my full thick hair. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed!!

you pay a lot of money for a bad haircut at this place.
